Il pacco è stato ben ricevuto e ben confezionato. La lavagna magnetica è fissata in posizione, ma il rivestimento colorato sulla parte superiore riduce il potere magnetico della lavagna, per cui non vi si può appendere nulla se non un singolo foglio di carta per magnete, e nemmeno uno pesante. Ho dovuto rimuovere il rivestimento che avevo acquistato per evitare di avere una lavagna, in modo da poter utilizzare la lavagna nella mia cucina. È un peccato... Quindi sono deluso 😢 anche se la scheda è ottima...

The magnetic power of the colored boards is indeed a little weaker because of the colored coating. However, it is also important to take into account the power of the magnets that you use on this colored support. Indeed, there is a multitude of magnets with different qualities and strengths.
To hang several sheets of paper I advise you to use the following magnets https://www.ferflex.fr/les-accessoires-aimantes-ferflex/22-aimant-couleur-argent-12-pieces-3760301392972.html or of this type. These are neodymium magnets which despite their small size are very powerful.
The geometric shapes included with the colored board are made to decorate, play.
Regarding the magnetic beasts that you ordered, they fit perfectly on the colored coating.
If you wish you can send us a picture of the board with the colored coating so that I can bring you a solution. Perhaps when you rolled up the colored coating it took a bad "fold". It is important to roll up the outside color side so that you can put it away and then put it back on your chalkboard. This liner is shape memory and if you roll it up the other way, you will have trouble putting it back on your chalkboard and the magnets will not hold well.
We note that the installation went well and that despite everything you find the board great.

The magnetic board is sold with a set of silver magnets and a roll of magnetic tape to hang photos, postcards... The chalk marker is sold separately depending on the use you wish to have of the board. It is possible to write on our boards with a white chalk marker or Woody pencils from Stabilo. In order to keep the board clean, it is advisable to erase it regularly so that no traces remain. For regular use, we recommend the use of magnetic slates specially designed for daily writing.
The black marker you received is sold with the weekly magnetic slates you ordered.

As I mentioned to you in a chat, there is an error on the product label where the dimensions are indicated. We proceeded to this modification directly.
However, the misleading advertising that you mention has no place here. Indeed, when you ordered the product on the site, the correct dimensions of the magnetic board triptych are well informed and are exact namely 3 Magnetic boards flexible format 20x60cm. Thickness 0.6mm. This information can be found in the product description and on the product photos.
During your online purchase, you have taken note of these dimensions and not those indicated on the product label which is stuck on the top of the product during the preparation of the parcel so that our teams can find their way.
Your opinion is rather inappropriate. You were in possession of the right information when you purchased on ferflex.fr.

Mi dispiace molto che non siate soddisfatti del vostro ordine. Come indicato sul nostro sito web, l'intero team Ferflex® è stato in vacanza dal 23 dicembre 2022 al 3 gennaio 2023, motivo per cui non ha ancora ricevuto una risposta alla sua e-mail. Siamo riusciti a soddisfare alcune richieste dei clienti durante le nostre vacanze, ma non tutte. Ci impegniamo a rispondere a tutti i feedback dei clienti, alle e-mail e anche alle telefonate. Il servizio clienti è una delle nostre priorità. Quanto è recente la vernice della parete su cui avete applicato la carta da parati magnetica? La carta da parati non può cadere dalla parete senza motivo.
