However, there was no error of destination on our part for your order. You have placed an order for delivery to France but you live in Martinique. The shipping costs involved are really not the same. We have therefore offered you, rather than cancel your order, to ship it to Martinique if the consequent shipping costs were rules, which you have accepted.

The order has been shipped and as confirmed by the tracking of your package, it is being delivered.

Il pacco è stato consegnato ma l'imballaggio era patetico, ammaccato, nastrato e riannodato come se avesse viaggiato attraverso il pianeta (chi lo sa?) Il contenuto era quasi visibile e si aggirava nella scatola. Un piccolo segno sul manico del Wok Tefal che imita il legno e che mostra la plastica nera sottostante. Niente di grave, ma comunque... Responsabilità condivisa tra fornitore e consegnatario?
