Nel mio ordine ho chiesto espressamente che le 3 collane fossero di 60 cm. La terza con la croce egizia è di soli 55 cm e l'anello per la chiusura è minuscolo. Sarebbe stato meglio offrire un prezzo aggiuntivo e rispettare l'ordine. Metterò il ciondolo egiziano sulle altre collane e vedrò se qualcuno può modificare la collana da 55 cm.

La taglia non corrisponde, volevamo fare un cambio ma il prodotto non è in magazzino da qualche mese, quindi per il momento non possiamo essere pienamente soddisfatti finché l'operazione non sarà completata. Sav è comunque molto disponibile, ma il sito dovrebbe essere sviluppato dal punto di vista dell'aggiornamento delle scorte ed essere in grado di segnalare i prodotti e la taglia esatta senza dover aspettare che tutto sia esaurito per poterlo fare.

Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta della qualità del gioiello e della qualità della lavorazione, ma è un peccato apprendere dopo l'acquisto che questo tipo di doratura, come tutti gli altri, è sensibile al PH della pelle, a certi liquidi acidi ecc. Sarebbe più onesto indicarlo nella scheda descrittiva... per evitare delusioni... Morale: nulla sostituisce l'oro ed è meglio aspettare di avere i soldi per comprare un bel gioiello d'oro piuttosto che farlo....
