servizio e follow-up di alto livello, con persone molto piacevoli, ma un sacco di problemi tecnici con un forno con difetti (porta non funzionante) e nonostante i contatti e il follow-up molto buoni, abbiamo dovuto inviare le cose indietro, poi finalmente ripararlo... quindi ci sono voluti alcuni mesi per essere finalmente in grado di utilizzare il forno. un gesto commerciale, per esempio, avrebbe potuto essere considerato in considerazione dell'acquisto sostanziale. per quanto riguarda il forno, (a parte il dettaglio della porta che non si chiude) l'unico problema è la ruota per girare la pizza, che non è ideale. Abbiamo anche dovuto acquistare una seconda pala. Siamo pienamente soddisfatti, a parte il problema della rotella e il tempo impiegato per risolvere il problema della porta del prodotto.
