L'anello è ben fatto e mi è piaciuto molto. Mi dispiace che i tempi di consegna siano anormalmente lunghi e che il servizio clienti non sia ancora all'altezza del successo del negozio, ma migliorerà con il tempo.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your review! We are glad you liked the quality of the ring. We are sorry for the delay in delivery (delivered on 25/02 instead of 16/02 as announced) and we always try to improve our customer service. For your information, our company has experienced a very high demand for custom-made jewelry, which has had an impact on the manufacturing time, add to that the very high activity of the holiday periods, the deadlines have been significantly extended.

Thank you again for your confidence and see you soon in our store

Thank you for your review, Martine. We are delighted that you are satisfied with the jewelry, but regret that the color of the stone did not fully satisfy you.

We would like to inform you that each stone in our collections is unique. We attach great importance to the quality of labradorite and we take care to select the best specimens in collaboration with our brokers. However, it is important to note that shades of blue can vary for this type of stone, from light to dark, without affecting its quality.
As a manufacturer, we are always available to answer your questions, listen to your preferences and take your feedback into consideration. We are here to help you and an exchange is always possible.
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from Aden and we are always available for any questions or additional requests.
Sincerely,
The Aden team.
