Il sistema di rotazione è a mio avviso un vantaggio, anche se significa che è necessario dimensionare con attenzione l'impasto della pizza. Un piccolo problema con il sistema di rotazione è che è leggermente inclinato (il sistema è fissato in posizione e il supporto è leggermente storto)... non è un grosso problema, ma richiede un po' di "aiuto"... un peccato, altrimenti era perfetto.
