Ho ordinato 3 catene (collana) per aggiungere un ciondolo che mi è stato regalato per il mio compleanno. Purtroppo la chiusura di una delle tre catene è arrivata rotta, lasciandomi dubbi sulla qualità delle catene. Vorrei fare un reso ed essere rimborsata.
