nous sommes vraiment désolé pour le désagrément. Comme indiqué lors de nos échanges, nous avons respécté nos engagements en expédiant votre commande le lendemain de votre commande. Cependant vous avez choisi la méthode de livraison 48/72H pour l'Espagne. Du fait que les transporteur ne livre pas le samedi, vous ne pouviez pas recevoir votre colis à temps. Il aurai fallu choisir la méthode DHL Express 24H. En espérant que vous ne nous en tiendrai pas rigueur, je vous souhaite un bonne journée.

Avevo fatto un ordine espresso di 24 ore e ho pagato un supplemento per questo. La consegna è arrivata con diversi giorni di ritardo, in linea di massima, tempo di consegna normale. Poi ho voluto indietro il supplemento che avevo pagato per la consegna espressa. Penso che questo sia abbastanza comprensibile. Dopo diverse e-mail con una certa Ophelia, che mi ha spiegato più volte che la colpa non era sua ma della compagnia di trasporto. In questo caso, non importa affatto come il ritardo sia avvenuto. Il fatto è che ho fatto un ordine con voi e vi ho pagato per un servizio che non è stato fornito. È un'impertinenza non mettersi in contatto ora e semplicemente trattenere il mio denaro ingiustamente.
